A B O U T   M E

I'm Maria Redström. I work with project management, research and development. I have experience in concept, product and technology development from a diverse set of contexts, ranging from automotive industry and start-up companies, to public administration and social welfare.

The last few years, my work has been centred on design research. I have been managing a research project called IT+Textiles with the aim to develop novel communication devices for everyday use. We called this Emotional Broadband; technology expanding the emotional, social and aesthetic aspects of communication technologies.

I have also been involved in education, and was part of the team that developed and lectured at the masters program in human-computer interaction and interaction design when it was initiated at the IT University of Göteborg.
